Loose fitting sleeveless vest, full skirt in two lengths with buttoned front and loose fitting pullover bloose with raglan sleeves, gathered front into neckline tie. Still in factory folds. From the 70's but classic style for right now. 

Size 10 Bust 32 1/2 inches, waist 25 inches, hip 34 1/2 inches
The VEST is new for 2008 - try a vintage one from 70's and look elegant and modern - could be right off the runway but is vintage designer pattern
